Saturday Tid-Bit! =P

So today, we've been getting ready for the back-packing trip next week. I got to go through the fishing supplies and get what we needed together. I spent quite a bit of time looking for the fishing poles only to find them stashed away on a dusty rafter. So I got them down and proceeded to collect supplies. I called Mr. Pyle and got his opinion on what I should do. Very helpful. Believe me, I was sitting in front of two large fishing boxes that were practically filled with different kinds of lures and whatnot. So I really appreciated his help. Really! Then Dad wanted me to make sure that the fishing poles still worked, so I went out onto our front lawn and cast the lines a couple times. A car drove by and the man inside slowed down to look at me as he rounded the corner. I gave him my best funky grin and flopped my hand around in the air. He didn't look again. Once I accidentally cast the line too hard and sent it reeling [get it?] into the neighbor's yard. Thank goodness  no one was over there.

Today us kids finished up the filming of "Black and White". in the extremely hot sun, too. But I'm just glad that it is over. WooHoo!

So there you have some of the highlights from my day. The ones that I remember the most. Well everyone, I hope that you have an absolutely spiffin' afternoon. =D

Strategy, Adventure, Risk!

So on Sunday, Sam Southwick brought his Risk game and a couple of us started to play: Micah, Sam, Ejler, Benjamin, and myself. Benjamin got out first, he was trapped on Japan and Ejler came and ousted him from his heavily fortified position. I owned all of North America and South America, until Ejler came in from Europe and destroyed my hold on both of the continents. In return, I took over Europe and part of Asia. Anyway, I won't bore you with the rest of our game. Lets just say, most of our time was spent rolling dice. Over and over again. [Get it?] Sam had to leave before the game was over so I offered to take it home with me and return in next Sunday.
But anyway, the game ended in . . . Well, what would you call it when all the players quit in rapid succession? So since Sam had to leave, I took the game home yesterday. Now I enjoy thinking up strategies and then defeating those strategies. So that's what I was doing for most of this morning.
And, I took some pictures of my detailed battles. I like thinking extreme, so I put all of the figures on the board. It was awesome! =P [Please deal with all the pictures. I was enthusiastic!]

Witness the might of Europe! In action!
 The fearsome Africans in Africa!
Southern Americans in all their shining, blinding splendor!
 Camouflaged Asia in Asia!
 Hard-working Australians trapped in Australia.

 I love this picture!

Alright, that was my morning! Does anyone have any ideas on how to defeat Asia with as little expenses as possible? Just wondering. =P

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day, everybody! Especially if you're a father.

I really enjoyed spending Father's Day with my dad! He is so fun to be around and I am constantly learning from him. I just wanted to thank him for everything!

THANK YOU, DAD! =D

Alright! Here it is. . .

So I realized that there are a LOT of pictures of me with weird faces and whatnot. So I decided to take a few of them and put them into a slideshow. So here it is, after 15 minutes of hard, straight, enjoyable work! =D

Alright! I don't think that the quality is that good when it is on Blogger, but hopefully you'll be able to get something out of it! =P

Online Artwork!

Howdy, everyone! =P I was found some of my artwork from this past year that I colored in Photoshop. I thought that you might enjoy it!

This was my absolute first. I figured out that in order to color on Photoshop, you needed a complete line around the area to color. Since the tail isn't completely drawn in, it became the color of the background.
This one was probable my favorite. The vivid colors reflect my mood at the time!
This guy was probably my most complex piece. But I really liked the browns against the whites, on a blue background.
This was a drawing I did that I was planning to use for the cover of an encouragement card but I forgot how I was going to use it by the time I finished it. The story of my life! =P

So that is my favorite artwork from this school year. Hopefully I'll have some more next year. Better ones, too! =D

Pictures!

Hello everyone! I was going through my flash drive and noticed two pictures back from when I was playing around with the focus and whatnot. Enjoy! I really like the first one!

So since that isn't enough for a whole blog post, let me leave you with a  question.
"What is one of your favorite adjectives?"

Golfing!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to share a video with you guys. I wanted to let you know kinda what I've been doing. Enjoy!

What do you think?

Hey, I was just drawing something on the drawing tablet, and I thought that  I would share it with you guys. I decided to experiment with silhouettes. Tell me what you guys think!

This is just my rough draft. I think that it needs something more. I'm not sure if the guy looks like he is praying to the tree. Does anybody have any input on what else I could do with this?

Rambling . . .

Hey everybody! It's been awhile since I last posted. I keep trying to post more often, but the truth is, I probably won't be able to post too regularly until after I'm done with school. Which I am almost done with, I only have 1 more week!

Here is a funny picture that I found:

Recently I have been motivated to be more of a Rebelutionary in my own home. I've started to grasp that I don't need to start out doing big things. The little hard things are just as necessary. So I gave myself a few goals. I intend to work on my mean and sarcastic jokes. I have a nasty habit of joking in a sarcastic way that can be quite offensive to others. I am setting for myself a regular exercise program. Not too thrilled about that but it is already in motion. I am also working on my regular Bible reading. Lately I have found my Bible reading on a seesaw. Either I am reading it just as basically facts, or I am reading it and interpreting it to say what  I want it to. I want to hear what God is saying to me without my own tweaks, so I have prayed about it and hopefully I shall improve in that area. I am trusting God to grow me in how I read the Bible.

On another note, I am really enjoying my last few bits of schoolwork. Now that I have more time to work on it, I can put 110% into my job. At least, that is what I'm trying to do.

So these past few nights I have been having really annoying dreams. I will go to sleep, and in my sleep I will wake up and go through my day, only to wake up in the middle of my day and start over. I have gotten confused a few times as to what exactly happened the day before. Was that in my dream or did that really happen? After a while, the facts separate themselves from my dreams, but until then I am left in a strange world. =D

As a final parting remark: What is your favorite time of the day? And why?
